To increase and pursue this mission, in 2016 SOCAGE CUSTOMER SERVICE SRL was born in Modena, an independent and specialized structure that deals with responding carefully to the needs of customers, ensuring professional and efficient assistance.

Training courses

On the use and maintenance of SOCAGE aerial platforms, carried out in a theoretical and practical manner. Following the participation, an Eligibility certificate is issued.


Socage Customer Service is provided with a large warehouse at the central headquarters in Modena, and in the branches of Rome and Milan, making available for its customers, national and international, original Socage spare parts and commercial spare parts that respond efficiently to the performance characteristics of the platforms.

Spare parts are also an integral part of our service vans that allow specific repairs and work on site.
